Power semiconductor lead times have extended sharply as capacity shifts toward AI data center products; Infineon lead times have been reported moving from roughly 13 weeks to 50+ weeks, and onsemi has reported increases of up to 100%. We source through OEM excess, allocated positions and verified open-market channels when franchise channels cannot quote.
